I am very allergic to Mountain Cedar pollen, face it by a bus sinus pressure leading to sinus infection allergic. I got this honey because it would have a high concentration of mountain cedar pollen, which would help build immunity against mountain cedar. With one spoonful a day, I can tell that my symptoms are less than they would be without the honey. 15/10, definitely recommend!!

Made a great stocking stuffer
