Ingredients: Lemongrass* with rosebuds*

(*Organic)

We created this tea blend for a really soothing and satisfying hot beverage. As lemongrass is such a warming and calming herb, we wanted to create something that highlighted its simple qualities.

The addition of the tiny rosebuds adds a nice, subtle accentuation of rose. The flavors mingle extremely well and the resulting tisane is just what we wanted, unimposing and satisfying.

Hint: You can steep this for as long as you want with no bitterness.

Water: 208°F | 1 TBSP per 12 ounce cup | Infusion Time: 4-6 minutes
Basic Steeping Tips
- Use filtered or spring water, whenever possible
- Don't over-boil water
- Remove leaves after recommended time (adjust to taste) - If you want stronger tea, use more leaves instead of steeping for a longer time
Leaves can be re-steeped 2-3 times resulting in various flavor differences. Don't throw out those leaves until they have given it all up!

It can help to regulate blood circulation, balance hormones and also has a wonderful effect on the skin. Rich in Vitamin C and very calming and relaxing.

This is a traditional drink in China believe it or not. It is a delicious and aromatic cleanser for your body.

Called Saigon Rose as inspired by our very own Tea Priestess.

Lemongrass is originally from South Asia and is able to flourish at any humid climates. It has long been used in Asian cuisine, and is especially popular in Thai food. Lemongrass can be easily grown in humid climates, and it can be harvested several times a season by cutting the upper portion of the plant which grows out again.

Lemongrass is known to have a calming effect on the body and is often used as a cure for insomnia. It also provides relief for nausea and severe menstrual cramps. Lemongrass tea has been an ancient remedy for curing chest congestion, colds, and coughs. In India, a concoction called “kadha” is made with lemongrass which helps people fight against the common cold. In addition, because of the anti-bacterial properties of lemongrass, the tea has long been drunk to prevent acne and other skin problems.
