We chose a Shou (Ripe/Fermented) Pu-erh from Yunnan (a 2014 vintage, also a Year of the Horse) and we blended it with Organic Tart Cherry fragments and vibrant Safflower petals.
These components combine to create a powerful anti-inflammatory brew to soothe tired bones and quiet sore joints.

Ingredients: 100% Organic dark loose tea leaves and Tart Cherry fragments
One heaping tsp (3 grams) per 12 oz cup, or one Tbsp (5 grams) per 24 oz pot
205 degree water
Steep for 4 minutes or to taste. Should be steeped multiple times.
