Our Zhi Signature Restful Blend is pure magic. 

A masterful concoction of our Egyptian chamomile, orange peel, licorice root, hibiscus, lemon grass, lavender, cardamon, fennel seed, stevia leaf and natural plum flavor.

A synergy of flavors, bouquets, and a visual delight, as well. We designed this as an evening wind-down drink, but this great as an all-day drink. Naturally zero-caffeine.

Hint: You can steep this for as long as you want with no bitterness.

Water: 208°F | Flowers: One sachet per 12 ounce cup | Infusion Time: 4-5 minutes.

Basic Steeping Tips 
- Use filtered or spring water, whenever possible 
- Don't over-boil water - Remove leaves after recommended time (adjust to taste) 
- If you want stronger tea, use more leaves instead of steeping for a longer time
Leaves can be resteeped 2-3 times resulting in various flavor differences. Don't throw out those leaves until they have given it all up!

Chamomile is a great relaxer. Taken before bed will often result in an easy transition into sleep and a restful night.
