Tea Horse Trail Spring 2013 RawPu-Erh
Classic Wuyi old-growth tea trees, hand picked, manually pressed, very well aged at 50% humidity for seven years.
The farmer got one of the bricks from the ancient tea horse trail in Yiwu, traced over it like we would a gravestone with charcoal, then designed the 2013 Spring packaging around that brick.
This is a stupendous tea with a good amount of aging already. Thick mouth feel, super layered flavored and nice returning sweetness. It is truly all you can ask for in a raw puer.
We have been personally storing them here in a puer "vault" and they are ready to drink and also great to age for another set of years and increase in value.
The health benefits of pu-erh are numerous and profound.
